2. Purposes of Processing Personal Data

Your collected personal data will be processed by Alser Teknoloji in line with the fundamental principles stipulated in the KVKK and within the framework of the personal data processing conditions specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the Law, for the following purposes:

Carrying out the necessary work by our business units to enable you to benefit from the products and services offered by our Company,
Customizing and recommending products and services offered by our Company according to your tastes, usage habits, and needs,
Ensuring the legal and commercial security of our Company and the persons in a business relationship with our Company,
Determining and implementing the commercial and business strategies of our Company,
Ensuring the execution of human resources policies,
Planning, auditing, and executing information security processes,
Follow-up of finance and/or accounting affairs,
Follow-up of legal affairs,
Conducting communication activities,
Providing information to authorized persons, institutions, and organizations.

3. Transfer of Personal Data

Your collected personal data may be transferred to our business partners, suppliers, legally authorized public institutions, and private individuals within the framework of the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK, in line with the achievement of the purposes mentioned above.

4. Method and Legal Basis of Personal Data Collection

Your personal data is collected by our Company through different channels such as the website, e-mail, telephone, and physical forms, based on various legal grounds; for the purpose of providing our Company's products and services and, in this context, fulfilling our contractual and legal obligations completely and accurately. Your personal data collected for these legal reasons may also be processed and transferred for the purposes specified in this text within the scope of the personal data processing conditions and purposes set forth in Articles 5 and 6 of the KVKK.

5. Your Rights as a Personal Data Subject (KVKK Article 11)

As personal data subjects, if you submit your requests regarding your rights to our Company through the methods regulated below, our Company will finalize the request as soon as possible and within thirty days at the latest, free of charge, depending on the nature of the request. As a personal data subject, you have the following rights pursuant to Article 11 of the KVKK:

To learn whether your personal data is being processed,
To request information if your personal data has been processed,
To learn the purpose of processing your personal data and whether they are used in accordance with their purpose,
To know the third parties to whom your personal data is transferred domestically or abroad,
To request correction of your personal data if it is incomplete or incorrectly processed,
To request the deletion or destruction of your personal data within the framework of the conditions stipulated in Article 7 of the KVKK,
To object to the occurrence of a result against you by analyzing your processed data exclusively through automated systems,
To request compensation for damages in case you suffer damage due to the unlawful processing of your personal data.

To exercise your rights mentioned above, you may submit your request—including the necessary information to identify your identity and your explanations regarding the right you wish to exercise among those specified in Article 11 of the KVKK—to our address stated above in person or through a notary public.
